Last stop in NZ : AUCKLAND CITY!

Wuhu, nearly 3 weeks on the way, now we are enjoying our last days and then Lisa,Felix and I continue our journey to Sydney, juhu!

New Zealands Darkest Day! (22.2.11)

Incredible another earthquake hit christchurch this afternoon! 6,3 and several aftershocks, the city is devastated and totally destroyed!

Luckily I am fine and you didn't feel much here in Queenstown, some people say the earth was shaking but I didn't notice anything!

The news are on since a few hours and every time you see new pictures of destroyed houses and homeless, injured people. It must be horrible to be there at the moment. It's starting to get dark, people don't know where to go and the rescuers trying their best to search for trapped people.

The spire of the cathedral fell down, old houses are crashed and totally broken. They send help even from the USA and try to rescue every single life. It is just horrific! :( I feel so sorry for the people over there!

Hey guys

here on my little homepage I just want to give you the oppertunitiy to have a glimpse into my life in the land of the Kiwis.

I spend 7 month in New Zeland, to be exactly in Queenstown, the city of extreme sports. If you want to be flashed with adrenaline that's the place you have to be.

But I'm not here only to have fun. I will work as an Demi-Pair, live in a family and look after their children, during the morning I'm going to attend the Southern Lakes English College to improve my English even more.

Some of my adventures are written down in my diary, so have a look!
